Be sure to consider not only the premiums for each plan, but also the out-of-pocket costs, deductibles, copays, and coinsurance. Enrollment for 2025!

Below you’ll find all the information you need to complete your benefits enrollment for this year. Open enrollment will be active, meaning all employees must confirm their benefit selections, even if you choose to waive coverage.

There are important changes to both the benefits program and the enrollment process, so please make sure to follow each step carefully.

Due to benefit and carrier changes, all employees are REQUIRED to schedule an enrollment session to elect/waive all other benefits

Prepare for Enrollment

Review plan information for the new benefits and requirements in the benefit library below.

Gather the Following: Dates of Birth and Social Security Numbers are required for you and your dependents to enroll in benefits.

Check Your Calendar: Verify you have scheduled TWO enrollment sessions, one for medical and one for all remaining benefits.

Benefit Presentation Sessions: Join us for a benefit information session on 11/6 or 11/7 at 12pm
