How do I submit a Qualifying Life Event (QLE)?

Navigate to Employee Management > Manage Enrollments, click Update Benefits, and select Submit a Life Event from the dropdown.

How do I reset an employee’s password?
Go to the employee’s Profile > Manage Login, then select Send Password Reset Email.
How do I rehire a terminated employee?
In Employee Management, find the terminated employee and click Rehire.

Enter the rehire date and update any necessary details.

How do I send an employee their login?
Navigate to the employee’s profile tab, under the Supplemental Info section click on Manage Login > Send Registration
