Basic Term Life and AD&D
The Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance provided by Catholic Charities covers eligible employees for 1.5 times your annual salary up to a maximum of $250,000.
Age reductions occur for employees starting at age 70, and may reduce in subsequent years as noted in your certificate.
Supplemental Term Life and AD&D
Each employee can supplement their basic life insurance with voluntary supplemental term life. The rates are affordable. Eligible employees can add up to $200,000 without a medical exam.
